We believe every celebration deserves thoughtful design, exceptional service, and a seamless experience from your first inquiry to the final balloon. By booking with Balloon Boss Lady LLC, you agree to these Booking Policies & Terms.
Reserving Your Celebration
A signed agreement (when applicable) and a 50% non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your date. Dates are not guaranteed until both have been received.
Quotes & Proposals
Quotes are valid for seven (7) calendar days unless otherwise stated. Pricing may change until your booking is confirmed.
Pricing & Payments
The remaining balance is due seven (7) calendar days before installation or pickup. Payments are accepted through Stripe and Venmo. Balloon Boss Lady LLC may charge a late fee of up to 10% for overdue balances. Installation will not begin until payment has been received in full.
Changes to Your Order
Changes requested within seven (7) days of your celebration are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
The retainer is non-refundable. Cancellations within seven (7) days of the scheduled installation or pickup are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated when possible based on availability.
Venue Requirements
Clients are responsible for confirming venue policies, permits, restrictions, insurance requirements, loading instructions, and access procedures.
Travel, Delivery & Installation
Travel fees may apply. Additional travel charges may apply outside our standard service area. Client-caused delays may incur a labor fee of $30 per hour.
Rental Decor & Specialty Items
Rental items remain the property of Balloon Boss Lady LLC. Clients returning rentals must do so within three (3) calendar days unless otherwise agreed. Clients are responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged rental items beyond normal wear.
Balloon Care & Longevity
Balloon longevity depends on weather, environment, and handling. Balloon Boss Lady LLC cannot guarantee balloon longevity after installation or pickup.
Outdoor Installations
Outdoor installations are subject to weather and safety conditions. Clients may choose to move indoors, reschedule based on availability, or proceed understanding outdoor longevity cannot be guaranteed.
Grab & Go Garlands
Responsibility transfers to the client upon pickup or delivery. No refunds are issued after pickup.
DIY Balloon Kits
DIY kits are intended for self-installation. Balloon Boss Lady LLC is not responsible for installation results.
Photography & Marketing
Unless requested otherwise in writing before the celebration, Balloon Boss Lady LLC may photograph completed installations for marketing, portfolio, website, and social media.
Limitation of Liability
Balloon Boss Lady LLC is not responsible for damage caused by venue staff, guests, children, pets, weather, transportation after pickup, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to severe weather, natural disasters, venue closures, transportation disruptions, government actions, or other unforeseen events.
Governing Law
These Booking Policies & Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
